Cystistat® (sodium hyaluronate) 40mg/50mL vial for injection

Therapeutic Use

Cystistat® is used for the temporary replacement of the glycosaminoglycan (GAG) layer in the bladder, for the symptomatic treatment of bladder conditions such as interstitial cystitis (IC).1 It may also be used to treat cystitis caused by infections, trauma, urolithiasis, urinary retention, neoplasia or radiation.

About Cystistat®

Cystistat® (sodium hyaluronate) is approved as a Class III medical device. 

Each Cystistat® vial contains: 40mg sodium hyaluronate.

Cystistat® is instilled in a routine procedure directly into the bladder.1
