Teva UK Limited wins Best Companies Star Status

Teva UK Limited has achieved a One Star Status under the Best Companies Accreditation 2010.
Winning the Star Status is a big achievement for Teva in the Company’s first attempt at these awards. The results highlighted that Teva scored particularly well in the My Team category, which is based around encouraging team spirit, feeling part of the company, having fun, and belonging. Teva also rated highly in the My Company and the My Manager categories.
Dipankar Bhattacharjee, Teva’s Chief Executive Officer, commented: “We’re delighted with our Star Status, especially with this being our first attempt at these prestigious awards. We value the feedback from our employees, so we’re particularly pleased to have been rated so highly by colleagues across a number of areas.”
Best Companies established the accreditation award scheme to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Based on staff feedback, it looks at employee engagement as an integral part of a company’s success and growth, and sets a benchmark for other employers. The accreditation scheme follows a Michelin star style system with companies awarded one star for first class, two stars for outstanding and three stars for extraordinary performance.
