In this challenging pharmaceutical field sales role you'll grow and retain your business through your ability to build loyalty, and develop profitable working relationships with your customers. By assessing their needs and understanding the different business drivers, you'll maximise sales and profits for Teva UK Limited's products across your territory.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Teva business to make sure business objectives are achieved. You will be able to consistently meet, or exceed, your performance measures. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all promotional activity meets the standards of the ABPI, and Teva's codes of practice.
It's all about developing working relationships with healthcare professionals to effectively influence adoption pathways and purchasing decisions. In a role like this you need to be able to build customer acquisition, retention, advocacy and loyalty.
You will be able to build strong long lasting customer relationships whilst demonstrating a very strong ability to negotiate
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, along with experience and knowledge of the NHS, plus you will hold the relevant ABPI qualification.
It's important that candidates show us they have knowledge of procurement within the NHS and demonstrate an understanding of negotiating formulary inclusion and hospital contract purchasing.
As a member of Teva's sales team, you will be able to build strong long lasting customer relationships whilst demonstrating a strong ability to negotiate.
To fulfill the demands of this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and the capability to analyse and interpret data.
