In a pharmaceutical field sales role you'll grow and retain your business through your ability to build and develop mutually beneficial working relationships with your customers. By assessing their needs and understanding the different business drivers in the context of the NHS's formulary and funding criteria, you'll maximise sales for Teva's products across a defined territory.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Teva business to make sure business objectives are achieved. You will be able to consistently meet, and ideally exceed, your performance measures. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all promotional activity meets the standards of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), and Teva's codes of practice.
It's all about developing working relationships with healthcare professionals to effectively influence adoption pathways and purchasing decisions. In a role like this you need to be able to build customer advocacy and loyalty.
You will be able to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships whilst demonstrating a very strong ability to negotiate and influence.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, along with experience and knowledge of the NHS, plus you will hold the relevant ABPI qualification.
It's important that candidates show us they have knowledge of procurement within the NHS and demonstrate an understanding of negotiating formulary inclusion and hospital contract purchasing.
As a member of Teva's sales team, you will be able to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships whilst demonstrating a strong ability to negotiate and influence.
To fulfill the demands of this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and the capability to analyse and interpret data.
