Our culture is about not only what we do, but about how we go about doing it.

Teva Purpose

Culture is the environment in which we all work in, together, all of the time. So having a culture where our values are shared by everyone and those values are demonstrated through how we work is really important to us. Our values and purpose were uncovered by our people and are at the heart of who we are.

It is what unites us all and is demonstrated through the way we work.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is what drives us. It is the difference we make.

At Teva, we strive towards one common purpose; “Improving health, making people feel better”. We will not only help sick people get better but also help healthy people stay healthy. It is simple and realistic, and yet it is also powerful. It is a purpose shared by everyone and epitomised in our five core values. It is about people, who are at the heart of everything we do.

We make the decisions required to take our business forward, and execute on them with focus and determination. For us, this is leadership happens with and through people. Our people are our strongest asset. We value action. We come to life when we have deadlines to meet and challenges to solve. Not forgetting our annual staff survey which gives us a great insight into how our employees feel, and give us clear direction of where we need to improve.

Not forgetting our annual Your Voice staff survey which gives us a great insight into how our employees feel, and give us clear direction of where we need to improve things so we keep on being a great place to work. Our overall employee engagement is 87%.
