How we support patients

Teva's commitment to making quality healthcare accessible extends to patients too, and offering them the support they need.

That comes in a variety of ways, from the traditional information services like responding to enquiries by phone and letter, to newer channels of communications like websites and smart phone apps. Patient safety underpins all we do at Teva, it's our priority.

Teva puts patients at the heart of what we do. We never forget that our medicines help improve lives and are much needed by patients.

Our support for patients extends further than our products; we recognise that our patients need information and access to expert advice. That's why we have support materials specifically aimed at patients for several of our products.
