We provide strategic direction and support to colleagues across UK and Ireland around digital marketing, e-commerce and omni-channel experiences.
We act as an essential bridge between the business locally and regional Digital Operations and Global IT, enabling the relevant business units to execute their marketing, e-commerce and other related digital initiatives.
It's our aim to develop a deep understanding of the challenges the business is facing with delivering the strategy and provide guidance on the efficient and correct use of relevant platforms and services to ensure best in class customer experience.

Build a Digital Asset Management System: A repository of templates, guidance based on customer journey map, preferences, and best practice (Leverage Veeva platform)
