Regulatory Affairs

About the role: You’ll be at the heart of our product licensing process - reviewing and submitting high-quality regulatory documentation. You’ll combine your knowledge of regulatory, scientific, legal and commercial issues to ensure the medicines we develop, manufacture and distribute are fully compliant.

Location: The majority of our Regulatory Affairs team are based in our office in Harlow, just outside of London. The site is conveniently located right by Harlow Town Station making it around a half an hour commute from central London. 

Qualifications: Ideally, you’ll have a life sciences or pharmacy-related degree.

Experience: Ideally at least one year’s experience in regulatory affairs or the pharmaceutical industry. For senior positions, you’ll need at least three years’ relevant experience and knowledge of European procedures.

Skills: An eye for detail and a solid understanding of scientific and legal matters. Excellent communication and evaluation skills. The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. An appreciation of commercial requirements. The ability work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Customer Solutions

About the role: By joining our Customer Solutions team, you’ll play a key role in the team that develops and sustains our long-term relationships with some of our most important customers. As the first point of contact for pharmaceutical wholesalers and our direct customers, you’ll maintain a close relationship with our retail pharmacy customers, updating them on our product portfolio and future product launches.

You’ll also provide support and feedback to our sales teams and business divisions to help drive sales and business objectives, as well as being a primary point of contact for enquiries coming in from the public.

Location: Our Customer Solutions team is based at our UK head office in Castleford, West Yorkshire. There's a train station just a few minutes walk away (Glasshoughton) and it's only 30 minutes from Leeds. It's also a short walk from the Xscape leisure complex which is well connected with local bus services.

Qualifications: Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.

Experience: Ideally at least two years’ relevant experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Skills: Good communication skills, tenacious with a can-do attitude!

Pharmaceutical field sales

About the role: Our pharmaceutical field sales jobs typically cover our innovative medicines ranging across targeted therapy areas, including migraine, the central nervous system and respiratory, as well as having a focus with our specialty generic and generic portfolios and consumer healthcare offerings.  

In a pharmaceutical field sales role you'll grow and retain your business through your ability to build and develop mutually beneficial working relationships with your customers. By assessing their needs and understanding the different business drivers in the context of the NHS's formulary and funding criteria, you'll maximise sales for Teva's products across a defined territory.

Location: Nationwide.

Qualifications: You will hold the relevant ABPI qualification.

Experience: Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, along with experience and knowledge of the NHS.

Skills: You’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and the capability to analyse and interpret data.

Manufacturing roles

About the role: Our manufacturing site employs around 500 people, working in roles encompassing everything from quality assurance, manufacturing operations, research and development, chemistry, engineering, microbiology, quality control & systems and packaging.

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire.

Qualifications: Degree-educated, preferably in biosciences depending on the role.

Skills: You’ll need an understanding of validation principles in general and the GMP expectations as applicable, plus the ability to manage priorities and to consistently deliver on time against tight project timelines.

Warehouse operatives

About the role: Our operations team plays a key role in our supply chain. Ensuring our products reach our customers is a fundamental part of our business, and we’ve invested heavily in automated technology to make us more responsive and more efficient.

As a warehouse operative, your responsibilities will include receiving goods, loading and unloading of goods, and fulfilling customer orders, ultimately ensuring that our medicines reach the patients that need them.

Location: Our warehouse operative roles are based at our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Castleford, which is on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire. There's a train station just a few minutes walk away (Glasshoughton) and it's only 30 minutes from Leeds. It's also a short walk from the Xscape leisure complex which is well connected with local bus services.

Experience & skills: This role is physically demanding and you will be on your feet for long periods. Experience of working with fork lift trucks would be an advantage, but don’t worry too much if you don’t have that as full training will be given.
