Medical Information Service

Our Medical Information Service can also help with medical enquiries about a medicine, for example its appearance, its ingredients, its mode of action, or provide you with a copy of Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) or the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL).

SmPCs and PILs are also available to download from the Teva UK medicine list.

To report a suspected side effect, please contact Teva's Medical Information team on 0207 540 7117 or via email uk.safety@tevauk.com.

You can also report it online to Teva or via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
