We're looking for candidates with outstanding customer service skills for our team based in Castleford, near Leeds in West Yorkshire.


Our customer service jobs are based in Castleford, which is on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire, and your main relationship is with our pharmaceutical wholesaler businesses, who are Teva's direct customers. We also maintain a close relationship with retail pharmacy customers, updating them on all aspects of our product portfolio, including future product launches.

Our customer service team is the first point of contact for pharmaceutical wholesalers and the reason why Teva has a reputation for developing and sustaining strong, long-term sales relationships with its customers.

Our customer service roles provide comprehensive support to our direct customers, sales teams and business divisions. This entails meeting the needs of both internal and external contacts and exceeding expectations at every level. You will also work collaboratively with other departments to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Rest assured, you'll never be part of a faceless call-centre. On the contrary, our customer services representatives are a select group of colleagues who are a key part of the larger sales team. As a result, you will be required to provide support and feedback to other relevant sales teams to help develop and maintain relationships with our customers to drive additional sales.

Ideal candidates will be educated to an A-level standard or equivalent, and have at least 2 years' experience within a customer service related environment. Additionally, you will need a clear understanding of reporting targets and presenting analytical data. We also expect that you will posses excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Customer service jobs are based in our UK Head Office in Castleford, West Yorkshire, which is just ten minutes down the M62 from Leeds. We're 5 minutes walk from Glasshoughton station, in a modern distribution centre, with parking on site, employee restaurant and great facilities.
