Our telesales jobs are based in Castleford, which is on the outskirts of Leeds, West Yorkshire, and play an important role in building on a key sales relationship with independent pharmacies, who are Teva's indirect customer.
Our telesales team actively sells both existing and new products within our portfolio of medicines. Your responsibilities will include recording customer activities, dealing with enquiries and resolving customer problems. All whilst maintaining excellent standards of service at all times.
Rest assured you'll never be part of a faceless call-centre, our telesales team are a select group who are a key part of the larger sales team. You will be creating demand in pharmacy for Teva's products and you will be required to provide support and feedback to other relevant sales teams to help develop and maintain relationships with indirect customers to drive additional sales.

To fulfill these key roles, we're looking for team players who are able to work in a demanding and busy environment, and who have either a telesales background or a passion and flare for sales.
To suceed in Teva's telesales team you must have drive, motivation, passion, the ability to sell and be a great communicator.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills (both written and verbal), coupled with excellent planning and organisational skills. You will be computer literate, with attention to detail and have excellent time management skills. A minimum of six GCSE passes or equivalent (including Maths and English Language) is a must.
The Telesales team is based out of our UK Head Office in Castleford, West Yorkshire, which is just ten minutes down the M62 from Leeds. We're 5 minutes walk from Glasshoughton station, in a modern distribution centre, with parking on site, employee restaurant and great facilities.
