Our locations at Runcorn and Larne are busy and active sites where you will be able to make a difference. They are small enough that you will get to know people quickly, but large enough to provide opportunities for those who wish to develop.

About the Runcorn site

Whilst we enjoy the stability associated with being part of the Teva group, we strongly value our sense of site community. To this end, we put a lot of effort into organising and funding social and family events, such as the staff and partners Christmas party and the children's Christmas party.

Many of our employees have been at the site for many years and over 30% have more than 10 years' service. Having said that, over the last couple of years we have recruited a significant number of people from other pharmaceutical companies, and they have brought a wealth of new ideas and expertise into the business. 

Communications are also very important here. Every month, the senior management team prepare a Team Brief which is cascaded throughout the site and gives everyone the opportunity to understand how the business is doing and what's new. In addition, there are manager's briefings every quarter, and these are followed by the Site Director briefing all staff in smaller groups and answering any questions that are raised. 

We have a Quality Excellence Programme in place, which has led to enhanced training for all staff, as well as increasing the awareness of everyone's personal responsibility to perform and improve the business. 

Finally, safety is always at the core of our business and we pride ourselves on our excellent record and safety culture. We have active health and safety representatives across the site who are encouraged to seek out safe working practices and support all staff on any safety issues.

About the Larne site

The Larne site is a research and development facility which has branded and generic developments in implants and intrauterine devices. Employing over 80 people, the site is located on the beautiful east coast of County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

The site was established in 1968, and has a strong community feel – its small size means the site has a real family atmosphere, whilst offering numerous opportunities for personal and professional development for employees and all of the benefits of working for a global company.
