I love the fact I’m working for a company with a real global presence. When I left university, I knew I wanted to do something that meant something and work for a company contributing on a global scale.

Teva’s mission statement is to be a global leader in generics and biopharmaceuticals, and improve the quality of life for patients the world over. To know I’m contributing to that, even on a micro level, is something I’m very proud of.

With its global outlook, Teva has a distinct culture – there’s a real entrepreneurial spirit here and quality is at the heart of everything we do. During my first week with the company, I noticed very quickly the calibre of people who work here. Across all departments, people are extremely knowledgeable, know exactly what they’re talking about and take real pride in their work.

Some of the corporate events I’ve been to underline the fact everything is done to the highest standards possible at Teva. Not long after I started, I attended a sales meeting at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds and they hired out the whole site and had some really interesting keynote speakers. Things are just done a bit differently here and quality runs through everything Teva does.

I’m on the graduate management programme and the learning and development opportunities available to me at Teva are exceptional. The graduate programme is really tailored to help me develop and pick-up different projects and skills along the way. There’s also plenty of support available through one-to-ones and mentorships, and the professional development workshops I’ve taken part in have all been high quality and full of great content to add more strings to my bow.
